Terms for using Haveit.
These terms keep expectations clear while Haveit helps turn your thoughts into practical next actions.
Using the service
You may use Haveit for lawful personal or business productivity. You are responsible for your account, the content you submit, and activity performed through your account. Do not use the service to violate another person's rights, upload unlawful content, disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
Your content
You retain ownership of the notes, recordings, tasks, and other content you submit. You give Haveit and its service providers the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, and display that content back to you so the service can function.
AI-assisted results
Transcripts, summaries, suggested tasks, and other automated results may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review important output before relying on it. Haveit is a productivity tool and does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Availability and changes
Features may be improved, added, removed, or temporarily unavailable. Haveit may restrict access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve your experience, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Haveit is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that every result will be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken from information produced by the service.
Updates to these terms
These terms may change as Haveit develops. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
